Paul Stanislas OBE
Mr. Stanislas has been in the real estate brokerage industry for over 50 years. Paul works at Denenberg Realty Advisors, a boutique brokerage firm, prior to which he worked as a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis for over ten years. While focusing primarily on the retail and petroleum business in the metropolitan Boston market, Paul also has considerable experience throughout the world, with a particular concentration in the United Kingdom.
Paul started his real estate career in London in 1965 working at Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly Jones Lang Wootton) and has worked in a variety of capacities worldwide including: Partner of Allsop & Company in London; Asset Real Estate Manager with Sagit Real Estate in South Africa; Associate Partner at Norman, Rourke & Partners in London, following which he transferred to Boston to open an office to purchase real estate investments for overseas clients. He later worked as a Vice President at NAI Hunneman Commercial Company and Prospectus Realty Services, Inc. Some of his clients include: H&R Block, 7-Eleven Corporation, Shell Oil Companies, Nouria Energy, Verizon Wireless, CitiFinancial, Kinko’s, Century Bank, Bruegger's, CVS, and more. During Paul’s career, he has completed sales and lease transactions totaling more than $550 million.
In 2000 Paul was awarded the honor of Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for Cross Atlantic Business Activities. In 1996 he chaired the New England Olympic Committee to raise charitable funds for the British and American athletes competing in the Atlanta Olympic Games.
Mr. Stanislas attended London University, College of Estate Management and Willesden College of Technology, London to obtain the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors qualification. He is a member of the ICSC. He is also a founder and former President of the British American Business Council of New England.
